TurboFPS Pro

This Privacy Policy describes how TurboFPS Pro ("the App", "we", "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you use our Android application. The App is a gaming performance optimization tool for BGMI / PUBG Mobile and other Android games, designed for non-rooted devices using the Shizuku framework.

By using TurboFPS Pro, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

TurboFPS Pro collects the following categories of information:

Automatically collected via third-party SDKs:

• Firebase Analytics — App usage events, feature interactions, and crash diagnostics. Data is anonymized and aggregated. No personally identifiable information is sent.
• Google AdMob — Advertising identifier (Ad ID / GAID), device information, and network information for serving ads and measuring ad performance. Governed by Google's own privacy policy.
• Firebase Realtime Database — Used solely to validate Pro license keys (e.g., keys prefixed with TFP-). No user account data, email, or name is stored.

What the App does NOT collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Your phone number or location data
• Photos, camera, or microphone data
• Contacts or call logs
• Contents of your game files (game config files are only read/written locally on your device)
• Financial information or payment details

The following Android permissions are declared in the App and here is why each is needed:

• INTERNET — Required to validate Pro license keys via Firebase, load ads (AdMob), check for app updates, and fetch remote configuration.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — Checks if internet is available before making network requests, to show an offline screen instead of crashing.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE — Allows the app to run background optimization tasks (e.g., Force Stop Engine) as a visible foreground service so Android does not kill it.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — Used to show a persistent notification when a foreground service is running, as required by Android 13+.
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW — Required to display the floating FPS overlay on top of your running game screen.
• VIBRATE — Used for haptic feedback on certain UI interactions within the app.
• WAKE_LOCK — Prevents the device from sleeping while performance optimization tasks are actively running.
• com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID — Required by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads using the Advertising ID. You can reset or opt out of ad personalization in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• moe.shizuku.manager.permission.API_V23 — Required to communicate with the Shizuku service, which grants the App elevated shell access without requiring root. Shizuku is a separate app you install and control.

TurboFPS Pro uses Shizuku, a third-party tool that enables privileged shell commands on non-rooted Android devices. All shell commands executed via Shizuku operate locally on your device only.

The App uses Shizuku to:

• Apply performance tweaks (CPU governor, GPU settings, thermal control, display refresh rate)
• Install optimization modules (ZIP packages executed via local shell)
• Write game configuration files (BGMI Active.sav) to the game's data directory
• Force-stop background apps to free up RAM
• Execute ADB shell commands typed by the user in the Turbo Shell screen

None of the data accessed or modified via Shizuku is transmitted to any server. All operations are performed entirely on your local device.

TurboFPS Pro displays ads provided by Google AdMob to support free access to the App. AdMob may use your Advertising ID (GAID) to show personalized ads based on your interests.

To opt out of personalized advertising:

• Open your device Settings → Privacy → Ads
• Select "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID"

Google's data practices for AdMob are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

TurboFPS Pro includes a license key validation system. When you enter a Pro key, the App sends only the key string itself to Firebase Realtime Database to verify its validity.

No username, email, device ID, or other personal information is stored alongside license keys. Keys are validated in read-only mode — the App does not write any user data to Firebase.

We do not operate our own servers for user data collection. Data handled by third-party SDKs is retained according to each provider's own retention policies:

• Firebase Analytics – Data retained for up to 14 months by default (configurable by developer). See Firebase Privacy.
• Google AdMob – Governed by Google Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties.

TurboFPS Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the data collected about you by third-party SDKs (via their respective portals)
• Request deletion of Firebase Analytics data (contact us or use Firebase's opt-out mechanisms)
• Opt out of personalized advertising via Android device settings
• Uninstall the App at any time, which stops all local data processing immediately

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
